When will I get my equipment back?

Usually the average turn around time varies between 2-7 days depending on the day of the drop off, or how large our queue is. If you need to skip the queue we will will charge you a $20 fee and have your equipment ready before your trip.

Can you tune skis?

For you? Of course! Skis are kinda like thin snowboards. A ski tune from board doctor will include: wax, edge sharpen, & any small p-tex repairs needed.

Why do skis cost more?

Because Alta does not allow Snowboarding… kidding… Its Because its a bit more work. ALSO, every dollar from ski tunes is donated to local foundations that help girls & boys in NYC go snowboarding. not a percentage. every dollar.
